The structure of the enclosed porch and the building materials used were much more substantial than what we thought. We had envisioned a much simpler project and were impressed with what Archadeck actually built. We want to especially recognize the carpenters who did the work on our house, as well as the painter that you recommended. They did an excellent job. Thank goodness you determined that no extra work had to be done with the footings for the porch on our back-filled yard overlooking 14 Mile Creek. As we had discussed when we signed the contract, any additional cost for this might have stopped us from proceeding with the project! We are very happy with the porch!

Eric, I kept telling Susan that the crew, especially Weylan and Johnny were just so terrific to deal with, such gentlemen and they did great work, Ryan was wonderful along with everyone else that I had to deal with, I couldn't be more pleased with everything. Wow! When you say today or tomorrow, it is done! I got home this evening and the electrical is done, the screen sliding door is finished. Awesome! There's just a little touch up on some interior boards above the screen door and some edge on the trim exterior boards and that's it. An excellent, professional job. Nannette were talking at dinner about the great job and no inconvenience whatsoever. We will definitely recommend Archadeck to anyone looking for a great addition to their home. Even our neighbor has shown some of his friends the patio and porch.

Hope you and Susan are well and enjoying this warm winter we’re having, hey when I get home from work I can still pour me a glass of wine and sit on my porch swing and enjoy. There have been a few nights when it’s not to cold I bring out my portable heater and sit there with a nice comfy quilt over me and it’s just beautiful, as I’ve said before “best thing we ever did.”
