High elevation deck to accomodate second-floor walkout

This Matthews NC home sits on a sloped lot that allows it to have a lower level walk out. While their main living area still sits on the main floor, when you go around back it is actually the second floor. To make the most of adding an outdoor living space to this Matthews home it was key that the deck be added outside of the main living space. We designed and built this second floor walk out deck to extend the indoor living space. The Matthews deck is large enough to host a large dinner party while the cook mans the grill. With a stair case wrapping around, these party goers can move easily from the deck to the covered patio created by the deck below. Hosting a large birthday party in Matthews will be a piece of cake with this functional Matthews deck.

how can we help? I'm interested in:

Building a new deck
Replacing an existing deck
Adding a sunroom
Adding a screened porch
Creating shaded areas
Designing an outdoor kitchen
Adding a hardscape, paver patio or walkway
Creating a design plan for my outdoor space
